Appropriate for athletes running the New York City Marathon on November 1, their family members, or anyone. We'll practice simple supported poses that require very little energy and allow us to center, focus, and relax. You'll gently stretch your chest, back, hips, and legs, and you'll leave feeling both relaxed and focused, ready for whatever Sunday has to offer.
No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes, warm socks, and bring an eye pillow, if you have one.
