Ed Harrold: Flexibility for Athletes
Ed, Director of Yoga and Athletics at the Kripalu Institute for Extraordinary Living, emphasizes pranayama and mindfulness in his approach to yoga for athletes. Find his approach on his DVDs, podcasts, and workshops at Kripalu.

Chuck Naughton: Yoga for Masters Athletes
Chuck, who lives in Illinois, has studied with Ed Harrold and at Kripalu. His interest is in yoga for athletes over 50—a growing segment of the population—and in ultra events, especially cycling, in which he has decades of impressive experience.

Kimberly Fowler: Yoga and Spinning
Kimberly Fowler founded YAS, a popular chain of California studios offering yoga and Spinning. She’s Nike’s yoga spokeswoman and has produced a DVD and an iTunes download on yoga for athletes. She blogs on the topic at iYogaLife.

Chaz Rough: YogAmazing
Chaz has a well-loved video podcast of yoga episodes, with episodes targeting every conceivable issue, from yoga for eating disorders to yoga for rock climbers. Check out his episodes for runners, cyclists, and triathletes, as well as yoga for baseball and yoga for basketball.
